Get a computer for your bike that will tell you speed, time, average, etc. You could also use an online tool such as: http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/

Drive your car/or get a parent to help and do the same areas track it via kilometers/miles. Or go to a gym and ride the same time you rode and it will tell you. Otherwise you can consider buying a polar watch which tells you but they are really pricey.

go to map quest and put in the address you started with and the address you ended with and it will tell you how many miles you rode

you could do a map of it approx online maybe if you kno an address of where you got to and back... also you could buy a bike computer there like 10$ from walmart i think :D which would keep track.
