I'm tired of doing the same old routine....what are some good cardio exercizes that I can do to get the weight off? I have one of those balancing balls too....so anything with that too. Thanks!

try running up and down stairs for a while, or try getting into a pushup position and acting as if you are climbing a mountain by bringing your knees high. You will lose the weight fast.

I recommend running. It is the easiest way for ME to keep fat %% down.
the ball is GREAT for core strength stuff, but not so great for aerobic stuff. I would say do running AND the ball...good muscular and good aerobic...

basketball, walking, dancing, sex, jogging, yard work, bicycle, treadmill.
