We get on really well. She says she thinks I'm one of the easiest people to talk to. At work she kind of laughs at the dumb mistkakes I make and gently slags me in a playful way. She was drunk and giggly one time and said she thought I was sexy.

So is she just being nice and a bit of a tease, or do you think she might feel differently about me? She was really shy and quiet with me, but now she just comes in and chats away to me.

I did once ask her out and she said no because she wanted to be friends, but this was back when she was quiet with me. Is it worth trying again? She texts me now and then and pulls me up when I don't chat to her on msn or myspace. Or is she just enjoying the fact she knoes that I fancy her and that I'm just something to boost her ego?

She's younger than me, but I don't really feel much of an age difference between us. And people always say I look and act younger than I am, which sadly I can't help. Anyway......

Thanx.

Well it seems like she doesnt really know herself. It sounds like she does like you.... she might be trying to tease you a bit to see how far you are willing to go, if you can prove to her that are you are serious she will probably go for you..

You want to live your life your life with regret? You are clearly doing good. Have confidence in yourself which women always find attractive anyway!

Try and stop thinking and get on with action. So she might tell you to **** off. Well so what?

Try asking her out!
Being lost in endless thoughts will never help you find out what's in her mind.
...I hope this age difference is not like she's 18 and you're 40...

Listen you've asked her out once she said no and that she wanted to be friends! Thats what she wants to be and if she feels differently now she would have told you!

From what youve said she considers you a mate

well it doesn't hurt to ask her out again.

she might have wanted to know who you really are before saying yes. know that she flirts she wants to try it.

so give it another try, don't try anything fancy. go out have lunch and don't be pushy, let her tell you with actions how far she wants you to go.

good luck lover boy!
