I have frequnet sneezing itchy and watery eyes and sometimes i get short of breath

I agree it's alergies, sounds like you have a nasal drip going on. You know thats the crap running down the back of your throat and no matter how much you drink you just cant get it to wash down.
You need to get something for your nose to quit running like a nasal spray. And you need to go see the doctor about the shortness of breath. He may give you an inhaler for it.

See a doctor; it sounds like allergy symptoms but it could an infection.
