I'm wondering if the rent in Corvallis, Oregon goes UP signifigantly during the school semester. Right now the rents are low, like, 350...285 etc. I'm thinking of moving there at the end of this month (June) and don't want to be priced out at the end of summer!
thanks.

Yes you are smart for thinking ahead. Rents around the campus area will generally go up at the end of summer, when the students start moving back. SO, find a place away from campus and it should be no problem.

It is best to start looking early summer as rent does go up when students start moving back. It will also be higher the closer you are to OSU and stores.

It is cheaper to live in that town if you have a roommate.
