try sreaching cocker spaniel breeders on the net. There is a site called champ dogs which has good breeders. Get in touch with some of them and they will be able to help.

Hmm... I'm not a surfer myself, but you could start by searching for the Cocker Spaniel Club of America. I'm sure they have one. They should be able to direct you to breeders who specialize in workers. Good luck!
Otherwise, go to http://www.akc.org and look for the info on Cockers. They will direct you to the breed's club, who can then direct you to breeders in your area.
