Wow that's probably the most annoying question I've ever heard. Way to rub it in. I eat a cookie and the next day I could literally show you where it sits in my thighs. Oh well - I won't hold it against you.

Seriously though - a fatty diet is definitely not the answer if you're trying to gain weight that isn't all floppy. Eating alot of protein and carbs should help you to pack on some pounds. Have you tried building more muscle instead of just adding on weight? Maybe that will be easier for you in that it may bulk you up quicker. Since apparently you have a superhero metabolism. Jerk. :-)

Why in the world would you want to gain weight?? If you are slim and lean why would you want to change that. Seems like you are fine the way you are. How old are you?
If you eat a lot of fatty products and dont gain weight it could be your metabolism, you are the way you are, but be carefull because it might not affect your weight but it could make a very big difference in cholestoral.

Do low weight intense reps you'll construct lots of muscle. also set up a exercising consultation plan with the three stages hypertrophy(low weight 8-12 reps bypass for 12) potential(med weight 6-8 reps regularly 6) and potential(a million-3 reps intense weight bout ninety%) yet save hypertrophy a precedence commerce between stages each 4 weeks. eat carbs and protein wealthy vegetables. Eat more GOOD food and start doing muscle building workouts like lifting weights.

A fat person needs to eat WELL but eat LESS and exercise. If you want to gain weight, you need to eat WELL and eat MORE and exercise.

I do triathlons and put on over 12lbs by focusing on eating well and lifting. My running, my swimming, and especially my biking are all faster than ever.

Just like losing weight, gaining weight takes focus and attention.

Keep an eye on your calories, keep lifting weights, and you will gain weight if you are eating enough.

Good luck!

some people are like that they eat anything they want and are still skinny, LUCKY!!!
I wish i had that kind a metabolism, ok don't eat so much fatty products since they are not good for your heart, why not try body building, grow some muscles, that will make you look bigger, and eat alot of carbohydrates and proteins, drink plenty of water and have your recommended dose of vitamins, and most importantly be happy of who you are, nobody is perfect.

you might go to your local GNC or other supplement store and find protein supplements. this will help put on weight.

essentially, you need to eat more calories than you burn in a day to gain weight. you can go to caloriecounter.com and enter in your daily activities to see how much you're burning, then eat 1-1/2 times that. for example, if you're burning 1000 calroies, eat 2500 calories per day.

eat good calories--stuff like protein (whey powder, skinless chicken breast, salmon, lean cuts of beef, etc) will pack on your muscle pounds (given you workout your muscles--otherwise will be converted to fat if eaten too much)

and when eating carbs--eat whole wheat whole grain stuff
instead of processed carbs like donuts, crackers, etc
you'll gain good weight and shed excess fat

get a weight lifting regimen and you'll be heavier as well as more tone
