No everyone dissed Him. It's just they don't see what we see in Jesus. We are both blinds to each others (Christianity and all other religion) truth and I think we should respect that.

To "dis" on someone or something only means they are releasing energies that are within them. They do not hate anyone, but hate is just present within them. To be honest, I do not think it is Jesus that they are directing thier anger towards, even if the words are there. I believe that they have an opinion towards the whole christian and catholic community. These religions have flourished quite a bit ever since the Renisiance time. But really, it is not religion that they are angry about. It is the impression they get from what is within from the ones who follow the religion. You really think you are doing good? To do good is to earn someone's trust. To give them freedom in the moment given. To be their friend and walk beside them. Ones in religion, mostly in the main religions judge and condemn. They believe that they are doing good to "spread the gospel" but they are not doing it right. All they are doing is recruiting people for their own reasons. For their own churches. For their own preaching. God is dead here. All remains is a mythical figure that no one really knows anymore. They say that God is Love, but I assure you that there is only the very few that really knows God and Love. The rest just go by some mere words they read and feel like believing just because everyone else believes it. God is a noun. Love is a verb. They are seperate, but God enjoys being Love the most. And guess what, you can do the same thing. Don't worry if they are going to go to hell or heaven. Thier issues are not the concern. YOU are the concern. Love your brother. Bring them to the movies! Play in the park with them! Have a conversation with them that does not, and I mean none whatso ever, include religion. There is too much junk that comes with the package. When you bring religion into the picture, you bring judgement into the picture. You bring division into the picture. You bring hate into the picture. You bring your own death into the picture. So drop it all. Drop it and keep it simple and actually be a true friend to someone for once.

I don't hate Jesus, but here's a thought: Maybe it's because people like you keep demanding respect. If you want people to respect your beliefs, try being more humble and less foreboding. It's these self-righteous attitudes that compel people to turn away from religion. They do more harm for your cause than good. Why would anybody take interest in a belief-system that's foreign to them, if they keep seeing it's followers pitying everyone that isn't as sure as them and walking around with an air of superiority? It's very off-putting, and the opposite of Christ-like.

The only reason I comment so often on Christianity, is because there are a lot of moderate Christians out there that it's possible to have a discussion with, and get them to come around to the logical side of things.
But to be quite honest, I'm not as concerned with Christians as I am Muslims. They are the truly dangerous force in the world right now. But I know from experience that it's pointless to try to educate them. They are farther gone than any Christian could ever hope to be
My only hope is that the secular population can enlighten enough Christian allies to help us combat the ignorance of the rest of the world, before somebody drops a nuke.
So in short, I don't hate Jesus. His folks are simply easier to reason with, so I target them. And right now, we need all the allies we can get.

Because sadly, Christianity has caused more bloodshed in the name of religion than any religion in the world....way beyond Islam (crusades I-IV ring a bell?). Now that being said, when your religion is the most popular, you should expect to get the most crap too. Beyond the "problems" of any religion, just the popularity of Christianity is enough to cause people to know more about it than others, and therefor diss it or question it. Simple.
Oh yeah, here's a question: if those who don't believe in him go to hell, why pray for them? They're going to hell anyways, so why waste time? I mean, it seems kinda useless. And don't tell anybody that they're going to hell for their beliefs....you judge no man or woman. Let your God do that, and you just worry about yourself. You cannot say that you respect someone's right to believe what they want but then turn around and say that no matter what they believe they're still going to hell because they don't believe in Christ. That's an oxymoron....just like Christian Science.

First, not everyone is "dissing Jesus." Second, not even every atheist is "dissing Jesus." Third, in previous answers to your "free-will" question, we have tried to point out the shortcomings of your approach. Address them first so we can move on.

I don't diss Jesus. I'll say he wasn't the Son of God and divine, but I still respect him as a wise teacher. (I'm an atheist by the way)

I think they get offended so easily because Christians try and push their beliefs on them. I mean, how would you like someone coming up to you and saying, "If you don't believe what I believe then something bad will happen to you." They don't want to be forced or feel like they are being forced into something that they just don't believe in. Would you want constant badgering from a Jew, with them telling you, "If you believe in Jesus you believe in a false prophet, and at that idolarity. You are going to be severely punished by G-d for that."? You would feel very offended, wouldn't you? Different beliefs and different people are what make the world go round and what make this world such a great place. If we weren't different it would be pretty boring. Debate is one thing, bashing is when people tend to get upset. You just need to think about it from another perspective besides your own. Walk a mile in another person's shoes before you judge them.

I don't "hate" anyone, especially I don't hate "jesus" I have the most respect for the man, but that is how I think of him as a great MAN. Not a son of "god" not an "immaculate conception". The thing that bothers me about christianity is that most of the followers are very two faced and hypocritical, but that doesn't make me "hate" your messiah.
