Tzatziki or Greek Yogurt Salad: One cup of nonfat plain yogurt (8 ounces, around 135 calories), mixed with a half a garlic crushed (practically 0 calories) and mixed with a cucumber, peeled, and cut in small pieces (also hardly any calories), with a sprinkle of salt and dried mint. Very nutricious and refreshing in the summer. You can add a couple of small ice cubes to cool it and dilute it so it's more runny. It's filling too.

Jello. Uhm. Rice crispies. Puffed-rice cereal. I can't think of anything to cook that is that low in calories. Well my bro had allergies as a kid and mom made him handmade tortillas from a variety of grains, even potato. If the quantity is very small you could keep it below 150 calories. Ya know, if you're having trouble keeping the weight down, it is much healthier to increase your exercise and activity rather than reducing your food intake. 150 calories doesn't sound like a healthy meal for anyone.
