Muhammed did not say that Christians and Jews are damned because a Human does not judge Humans.
God said so in Quran to only Christians and Jews who
- Say Jesus is the Son of God.
- Say Jesus is a God.
- Worship Gebreel or any Angle.
- Say Mary married to an Angle.
- Killing Prophets.
- Diverting Bibles and Old Teastomony.
Who did not say so will not be damned.
Finally, over the history, people build worship place over buried person because they -over time- worship that person and because they believe that person could answer their prayers or cure the ill, etc..
This is forbidden in Islam and in any religion because God dignified us so no one except God has control over us and Only God is the one to worship.
In Madina-Saudi Arabia- Muhammed is burried in his mosque. Those go to that mosque to worship Muhammed or ask him to answer their prayers are damned as well. Those go to worship God and just visit the Prophet and testify that "Muhammed did complete what God asked him to do" and pray to God to place Muhammed where God promised him to be placed in Heaven are rewarded by God.

On the contrary - anyone following Muhammad is damned. It is the religion which spawns the Antichrist.
Not many accept this.., BUT To those who will understand.., Daniel 9:27 identifies Islam as the source of abominations that causes desolations. The Dome of the Rock (and its sister mosque) sits on a wing of the Temple Mount just as Daniel was shown by Gabriel.

It's an odd prooftext to use, considering that Christians try to use it too. So do Moonies. The truth is, the text does not speak about any one specific prophet. Rather, the text instructs the Jews to follow the prophets who will come after the time of Moses- such as Elijah or Jonah. Read the text in context and you will see that is the case. Anyway, to accept Islam would mean that we Jews would have to give up our Torah, the document given to us by God Almighty. Why would we want to do that?

As far as I can rember Muhammed said that all the people of the book, i.e. Jews, Christians and Muslims would be saved. Though that might be the translation I was reading.

Ahhh a good Muslim question about Muhammad the borrower. After he but his religion together using fragments of Judaism and Christianity he had to get rid of the evidence so dam the Jews and Christians.

The prophet Mohamed was seriously misguided. The place where the dead are buried is hallowed (holy) ground. Because Jesus Christ died for our sins we are most certainly not damned. We are blessed by His immeasurable love for us and will spend eternity in heaven with him.

Because it is considered a desecration to the memory of the dead which Islam takes very seriously. Death is a big factor in Islamic beliefs and you need to read up on them.
