Do you know any links where i can find into for change you HD Icon into Photo or illustration?

No links, but I'll tell you how to do it. You can do this for any icon you wish to change.

Select your image you want to use, and copy it to the clipboard. Select the icon in the finder and then select "Get Info" from the file menu. At the very top of the info window, click on your icon. you will notice a highlight around the icon, then paste. Sometimes it takes a few pastes to make it go through, but it is an awesome way to organize your finder graphically.
