I started the whole water drinking yesterday. 64 oz exactly & I'm going to keep doing that...how long before I can see results. (0h & I had no sweets either) *YAY ME* 8-)

The whole 64oz thing is BOGUS. No science to support it. Just a lot of myth and folklore. Sorry you've apparently bought into the BS.

Drink when you're thirsty. Period.

Do you still drink other drinks besides water? start drinking nothing but water thats how I have been loosing weight and I lost 20 lbs in a month. Its hard at first but after a while thats all you want. I didn't change the way I eat much Just a little less is all.

Good job drinking water instead of juice or soda...cutting out the extra sugar with sweets is a great way to change your diet.

Make sure you're eating sensible meals too...don't starve yourself, eat enough to get by and not until you're full.

Keep pushing yourself with your exercise...I bet within a month you'll see some changes.

i started working out 5 times a week and cut out soda and sweets and drinking lots of water too. I lost 2 lbs last week. if you keep on doing that, you should start seeing results. remember to eat in smaller portions too!
