Creationists, if man descended from adam and eve 6000 years ago, why are we all humans of different races?

In a nutshell, after being allowed to unload the ark, Noah's family was told to go forth and inhabit the four corners of the earth. They liked where they were and did not move to far from this area.
They named it Babel. Now they were still very aware that GOD had told them to migrate from this land, so they started building a tower. Over the years the reason for continuing to build the tower might have changed for some of them, its been written that it was built, so that if GOD made them leave this land, they could look for the tower and make their way back to where they wanted to be. Some say that because they knew they were disobeying GOD, that they were trying to build a ladder of sorts to get them to heaven without GOD.

Either way, GOD was displeased with this, and did disperse the people.(according to my bible, it seems that he did this instantly).
At the same time that he dispersed them, he confused their tongues, so that they could not communicate with each other as they had been able to do in the past.

Now jump to modern day. In Africa, the people there have very dark skin tones, almost the black/brown. Now here in America, most people with African roots are much lighter and its only been a couple of hundred years.

Climates matter, if I am very pale and I move to Africa, over time my family will have darker and darker skin as the generations are born and live there.
I read an interesting note about the eye shape of the Chinese, Japanese regions, they have an extra muscle in the eyelids that causes this.

Because when Adam was boning Eve different coloured babies kept popping out. Genetics didn't work the way it works nowdays. Adam and Eve were white (look at the paintings) and they had ******* and Mongoloid children. The other races are combinations of those three.

race is a human derived thought... we're so caught up in being different that we have to label everything if the whole world is uniform. if anything, the only "answer" i can come up with is the fact that upon relocation to different parts of the world, the human body changed in form to react to the environment... almost like a defense mechanism.
