I was at Disney World recently and had this particular setting done with my son and nephew. It was awesome. I would enjoy working with stuff like this at home. Any ideas?

Try Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Photoshop Elements if you are a new user.

It called any graphics programs. You already have a simple graphics program on your computer called Paint. Start > All programs > Accessories and you should have an icon for Paint.

Simple get a picture of the head you want, erase around the head until you can copy just the head out of the picture. Open the picture of MIB or StarWars and paste the head where you want it.
