Nah...you're in the Christian AND other sections / other faiths section. Make yourself comfortable. The Christians hang around during the dark times and the light times and just shine through all of the others. The truth has a way of doing that. All faiths are welcome here, too and I have love for them as does their Creator. Division is from the devil, oh and he's here, too. So, apparently you're representing for "the others?" Well, sit here next to me. I'll talk about your stuff for a while. Whatchasay?!

Thats the thing though.....this is the section intended for all religions, but like the rest of the world the christians are trying to take it over and make everyone think their way! This section of Yahoo answers is just a microcosm of what happens in our society....and we, the followers of other faiths, need to just fight for our right to have our own opinions, etc.

This is the Religion and Spirituality section. Some people have a problem believing that there is anything other than Christianity and make it a point to torture anyone who thinks otherwise.

You'd be surprised - this is not the Christian section. This is the Atheist, Mormon, Jewish, Wiccan, Islamic, Buddhist, Hindi, Christian site. This is also where people post when they are having a bad day and want to yell at a particular religious group.

This is the section where everyone who is Christaphobic can gather and throw stones at us Infidels.
The place to tell us that Our Savior is just a minor prophet compared to Mo the deluded.
The place were Wiccans and Satanists can tell us that their religion is ancient and all goodness and light.
A place where people can ask the same inane questions over and over and get upset if we complain - and call us unloving.
A place I enjoy because people are indeed funnier than MONKEYS!

You will actually find quite a bit of atheism (both implicit and explicit) along with a sprinkling of other world religions. The big 3 seem to be christianity, islam, and judaism so far. Just try to look for the good ones.

Funny how one's perception colors reality: I sometimes wonder whether this is the 'Christian-bashing' section! It might have been nice if they'd created a separate category for each faith tradition; but then the conversation wouldn't have been nearly as lively! :D

We have to use English here, and historically English-speaking peoples are predominantly Christian. But the section's not restricted even to religion(s) but includes spirituality.

Actually, Christianity is the largest belief in the world, especially among countries that are technologically advanced. If the countries in the orient were more advanced with the internet, then you might be asking the same question except instead of "Christian" it might be "Budda".
