I didnt know thare was a time frame for things like that.I guess it all depends on how far into the relationship you are.I just don`t think thats something you plan out.

It is not about the time you have been with him, you can't go by that you will give terrible head doing that. You have to wait until you absolutely want to do it , so that he can enjoy it and you too. Once you do it he will be hooked and will probably want it more often than you so be careful what you start. So I stress the point wait until you are ready, feel the love and the passion between you to let that carry you. If you trust him then yes. If want to do it then yes. If you don't want to then no. If you are having sex without a condom then you mine as well give him head because the same diseases you can get from his penis in your vagina you can get from his penis in your mouth.
I listed all that beecause you didn't say what your reasons were that you haven't given him head already. I assume it was a trust issue.

That is totally up to you. You should however use a condom, because not matter how well you THINK you know him you can not be sure. So do you really want to suck on some rubber. As long as you are not feeling pressured in to it there should be no rush.
