The best way to move on from a broken heart is to get away from the ex until you are no longer attracted to him.
See saying that you all broke up and still friends that is a dream.
You can not just be friends when you first break up with someone, you need time to let the wounds heal, I am not saying that you can never be friends, just not today, next week ,next month, Going out with friends that the two of you do not share is a good start to heal, trying to see someone else help, you don't have to start another serious relationship but, just get back on the bike sort ta say.
Good Luck....Before you know it it will be okay.

Regardless of your age the best way to get over an ex is to occupy your time and mind with something else. Do not give in to the urge to call, write, e-mail, chat ...etc.. this person ...... eventually the urges will pass and you will have other more important things in your life. It speaks volumes for your character that you consider your ex to be a friend, but do not fool yourself into believing that because you are still "friends" that there is the chance of getting back together. In order to move on you have to be very clear with yourself that this is over.

I went through a similar thing. Sometimes staying friends just cannot work out. I had an ex GF who I tried to stay friends with in hopes of getting back together, but my feelings were just too strong for my own good and she just wasn't interested. So I just disappeared, since we had mutual friends. I kind of had to ride it out alone.
It was rough, but I'm glad I did it. She's married with kids now, and I'm married too, so it worked out fine. We still have some mutual friends, but little or no contact.
You just need to figure out if you can handle the friend thing, if not, you may have to abandon that relationship.
Good Luck!

No matter how old you are, you're losing a person you have love for. It might not be defined as what you "love" as an adult, but the same base is there.
If you still have feelings for him, talk about it to him. Thats the best action you can take. On the other hand, if you feel that you have to move on, try doing things you love such as watching your favourite DVDs, hanging out with your friends etc.
Good luck, hope it works out for the best. =D

um, it feels like there is still something there because you probably call each other too much and hang out a lot. If you are broken up, then stop acting like you are still together.

Get a hobby, go out with your friends, find someone else. Only time fixes feelings.

Ugh, another teenager asking a relationship question.
Do something productive to help someone else.
