Our Anniversary.

it is either "The anniversary of my wife and I", "our marriage anniversary" or "My marriage anniversary to my wife." see, logic states that in order for there to be a marriage anniversary, there must be 2 people, they must be married, and it must be an anniversary. Correct grammer states you shouldn't use "I's" in a sentence or start a sentence with "me". Sorry, thats Engish. bloody confusing I know. Thats why Aussies like me ignore stupid rules like that, but you asked.

It's actually "My wife's and my anniversary." Sounds wrong, too, but less wrong that all the other possibilities!

My wife's and my anniversary, or just "my anniversary", it's clear it's your wife's too.

I think it's "my wife's and my anniversary"... it's a tricky one... I'd keep it simple and just use "our anniversary"
