It's: Thou Shall not Kill. It doesn't say a person...just kill, you can't tell me you never swat a fly, or set a mouse trap. You kill a weed when you pull it from the garden, you kill all kinds of little bugs when you have your house sprayed. You've killed buddy.

So what kind of idol/graven image did you create to worship? I bet that went over well with the parents.

Actually the question is what errors have you learned from? - It is not what you are that makes you who you are, but what you can become. That is where value is determined. Not some set "rules". Why would one follow rules? Rules limit you. Rules make you go dull because you are forced to be kept in a box of limitations. People needs change. That keeps the stimulation going in Life. Do not follow rules, but follow guide lines, and learn from your mistakes. Only then, when the end is here, you can say that you have done something good or bad. It is the end product one must look at. Not the journey.

Me too---all minus the killing thing, except of course mice and rabbits. But then the State and their Ministers of Religion dont seem to mind the killing thing either.--I see one of the latter advocating the taking out of a Head of Government

One.

When I was 4 yrs.old, my dad commanded me to "stay in the yard", then he went in the house.

"Oh yeah, well we'll just see about that!" I thought, "watch this" and I promptly opened the gate & went out to the vacant field behind our house where I found a skunk in an old barn.

I've been a rebel ever since.

Happily, for a good life, I've broken them all - and some others which were forgotten about and never mentioned !

The Bible says "Whoever hates his brother is a murderer".
Ever hated anyone? Be honest.

How many laws do you have to break to go to jail?
Just one. You don't have to break every law in the book, once will put you behind bars.

How many sins will it take to send you to hell?
Just one.

Well, I haven't murdered anyone either, as far as I am aware, anyhow.
Other than that, I have to plead "guilty."
Thank God for His grace!

2, unfortunately. "Thou shalt not swear falsely by the name of the Lord" and "Thou shalt honour your father and your mother". Swearing falsey by saying H*ly crap and not honoring my parents by doing something other than what they say for me to do.
