well if its real the moaning and groaning comes deep and shallowy (dnt know how to describe properly by the way!) and if its fake you can seriously tell! it sounds different to wen a girl is really having an orgasm. i dnt know but u can really tell. Trus me! pay attention next time, give her an oral and you'll see the difference!

you should be able to tell the differents between a real orgasm and a fake orgasm...go down on a girl and I think that will shed the light on your question..because when a girl has an orgasm when you are going down on her...you can feel and see her whole body tense up...its pretty wild...just think about your body feels when you have an orgasm and its mostly the same things for women.

Seriously...... You Cant tell! You just cant so stop trying you probably dont want to know anyway. As for the first and second answers we can tense or bodies and tighten certain muscles on purpose so that isnt gonna help ya any.
