I have a friend who will be married 10 years tomorrow as well and, unfortunately, has to have a CT Scan done on her ankle tomorrow night so her husband is taking her out to dinner tomorrow while the kids are at school. I know you mentioned you have a 2 year old who's diabetic so she can't really be left so maybe breakfast in bed instead...or a nice brunch.
Congrats on 10 years.

-Take her to a Skating Ring...it will be fun and you an hold hands while having fun!
-Treat both of you to a spa massage and facial...it will sure be diferrent and both of you can enjoy it.
-Have a picnic for two in a romatic setting. You can make a basket with wine, cravers, cheese, grapes....go to a near by botanical garden ir city park...walk and to hand and pick wild flowers...
-Buy some scented candles, some champagne and flower petals. Spread the flower petals on your bed and floor. Have some GOOD and expensive chocolates by the night stand. Massage her with scented oils from head to toe... have some romantic music playing on the background.
- Have some professional pictures taken of both of you, You can go to the local mall to do this. It will be fun and she will love it!
Hope that helps...congrats and good luck

You should keep with a theme of aluminum or tin for the 10th anniversary.... perhaps an aluminum watch in a jewlery box or tea and coffee tins.

Relive your first date? Or maybe just picnic under the stars in your backyard?
Whatever you decide, congratulations to you both! And thanks for being one of the many couples who work on their marriage.
