I believe as you do, rapture prior to 7 year tribulation

Why - here is one of several places in the bible that says so....
I won't list all, to much space taken

1 Thessalonians 4
16For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. 18Therefore encourage each other with these words.

The Bible states that the Rapture will indeed happen before the 7 year tribulation, Read 1ST THESSALONIANS CHAPTER 4 VERSES 16 THROUGH 18 I dont know the exact verses, but i know there are other verses in the bible that state how the rapture will precede the Tribulation. Think of the logic, God wouldn't leave all his believers behind to suffer the greatest suffering in any period of history? Its a fact that while the 7 year tribulation will be going on, all the believers who are rapturedand all believers from all times will be having a honeymoon with Jesus. Its going to be wonderful! It's when the spirit and the bride meet. Me only being 12 years old, i really think the rapture will happen sometime in my lifetime! Your brother in Christ

I believe that we will go to heaven when Jesus returns just like the Bible says. Show me where the Bible says there will be a seven year tribulation, the tribulation will be divided into three and one half years, the church is taken at a different time from everyone else, we get a second chance to get things right, and the rapture is secret. None of that stuff is in the Bible, but I know a few books that it is in, and I think Christians should read the Bible more than those books. Tim Lahey and Hal Lindsey are not scripture.

According to Revelations, the Rapture will happen before Tribulations. It is because of the Rapture that the Tribulations will occur for the Anti-Christ will say something 'logical' about why so many people disappeared suddenly and many will buy into it. Course, some will not.

My view on the matter is what will happen will be vastly different from the Bible's or LEFT BEHIND version.

I believe in the rapture, i do not believe it will be secret though. I have never seen in the Bible where it speaks of a 7 yr tribulation. I also read in the Bible that Jesus will come the second time for his people during the climax of the tribulation, he said that if he delay his coming no flesh will survive. I believe what the Bible says that every eye will see him although it will come up on us as a thief in the nigth meaning that it will be a surprise because we never know when a thief is coming but we always know when he does.

Rapture is not biblical.

The earliest known extra-biblical reference to the rapture is from a sermon attributed to a fourth century Byzantine, Ephraem of Nisibis, in which he is quoted as saying, "For all the saints and Elect of God are gathered, prior to the tribulation that is to come, and are taken to the Lord lest they see the confusion that is to overwhelm the world because of our sins." [1][2]

Although the doctrine of the Resurrection of the dead — as said to be taught by Jesus — was common to all Christians and part of the Nicene Creed, little attention was paid to the area of eschatology later known as 'Rapture' until the Protestant Reformation, aside from this ancient reference; thus the Christian denominations that have beliefs concerning a rapture are mostly those that appeared after the Reformation.

The later popularization of the term is associated with teaching of John Nelson Darby and the rise of premillennialism and dispensationalism in the United States at the end of the 19th century. The doctrine of the rapture was further popularized by an evangelist named William Eugene Blackstone, whose book "Jesus is Coming" sold more than one million copies[3], and then by its inclusion in the Scofield Reference Bible.

The Bible doesn't mention anything about a rapture. When Jesus returns, the earth will be burned up (2 Peter 3:10-12), and all people will be judged (2 Corinthains 5:10).

The rapture will occur with the second coming. Jesus will be seen in the sky by all and at that time we,Christians, will be taken home. Jesus told the disciples that he was going to heaven to prepare many places and rooms and that if he was going to prepare many places then he would be back to get us. I don't believe that God would allow us to be here for the tribulation. That's going to be a horrid time and to many Christians would suffer.

I dont know. I have heard of the rapture, but havent studied about it so I'm not really sure when it will occur. But as others have said, just live your life the best way you can that is pleasing to God and you should have no worries. If you are right when Jesus comes back, you will go back with Him. That's what's important, right? But if you really want to know, study your Bible, any truth you need, you will find it there.

Only once in Scripture is there reference to Jesus' second coming. That is when he comes to do battle with the Dragon, the Beast, and the False Prophet. In the Revelation of Jesus Christ the believers are caught up to meet him and the world is burned. I don't know of any other reference that is that clear on the idea of rapture. It's not very important is it? I mean as long as He comes for us who cares when.

Finding the truth may not be as important as believing it.
The truth is written in secrets, only the Trinity, and Angels know. But all can be revealed when the time comes. Go to http://www.biblegateway.com/ and look it up if you hunger for the story.

Plus here is something that REALLY happened to me:
I was at my granny's house and I left my jacket on the lawn. Two guys walked out, our friends, and one said, "Look! The rapture happened!"
