Hey! Please help, ya'll- my cat, Stinkynutz, is out of contwol!
I was playing my banjo today, and he came right up to me and *****-smacked me in the face! My mouth was agape and hanging wide open in shock and horror! He then hissed at me and went outside, hanging out with his gangsta cat friends. *Sniff sniff!
I don't understand it! I have been giving Stinkynutz his Tuna every nite- but he sneaks out when I go to sleep, and he steals cars, and goes clubbing!
And, I can't understand his recalcitrant ways. He has started listening to this scary music called 'death metal'. He loves the band "Nile". This band's music really scares me! The singer sounds like Cookie Monster, and screams/growls instead of singing- it is quite disconcerting. You can't understand anything that he's saying when he sings! Plus, the music is very brutal and fast- it confuses me profoundly!
What must I do to help Stinkynutz get back on the ball? I mean, on the ball of string, as well as normalacy?

Cats, like children learn what they are exposed to. Based on your submission, I am doubting there is much chance this kitty can ever find a life near normalcy.
Consider feeding him real cat food, a good brand, as Tuna does not provide the necessary nutrients of a balanced cat diet and could be causing health issues. This may even affect other areas of his life. Try calling him something that is less offensive to him, possibly this is a source of contention for him and he's acting this way to lash out. Show him more attention, as he's also probably acting this way to get your attention! Finally, you should prohibit him from going out with his friends that are bad influences. Lock the door, lock him in his room, etc. do what ever you have to do within reason and good sense (if you have any left - if not ask someone to help you decide) to keep him away from the bad influences while showing him you care about him and giving him the attention he desires.

welcome to the teenager years of your kitty cat. All cats go through that stage when they are teenagers hard to understand and quick on emotions and hormones. Just realize that your cat is going through a tough time in life and try to be understanding and listen to what kitty is saying. You could buy a kitty teenager translator book to understand what your kitty is saying but just being there for kitty will help. Your kitty is trying to find itself. Just know when kitty gets older your kitty will settle down and you can have the relationship that you want with your kitty. Just be understanding.
