Lol, giving yourself a swirl, plus a bit of shampoo and conditioner, kinda defeats the purpose, but anything's possible.
I say go right ahead....but don't be offended if your head takes on a foul odor from the grime around the toilet rim.

It's possible, but not a good idea. There's a reason that water is in that toilet, and it's not for washing your hair. Also, the overall quaility of toilet water is not good: there aren't many minerals in toilet water, while there is more in tap water.
