That's pretty average, and well within normal range.
I love the fact that you want to start daily exercise though... starting now will make things so much better for you as you get older. You'll be more likely to stay healthy and fit.
Try walking or jogging or dancing for an hour a day.
Push-ups are good for arms. A great exercise for that flabby underarm thing is to sit on the edge of the tub and put your hands on the side with your legs extended out. Then let your butt come down the front while on your heels and bend your elbows. Then you come up. It's kind of like a backwards push-up and works wonders.
Flutter-kicks are the best way to a flat stomach because they don't bulk up your abdominal muscles. Think of it this way: if you want big biceps, you curl your bicep muscles... same thing happens when you curl your stomach muscles. Instead, lay flat on your back with your hands under your tailbone for support, feet straight out in front of you. Lift your heels just a couple of inches off the floor. You will feel your stomach muscles extend and tighten. You can just do that a few times holding a few seconds each time. Or you can "flutter kick", which is kind of like the motion you move when swimming, only smaller. Amazing results.
Don't get too caught up with the numbers on the scale. Especially if you have a higher muscle mass from working out, you will weigh more than your friends the same "size".
Take care!

your at a healthy weight with a BMI of 20.6
your healthy weight range for your age and height is between 86-127 pounds. your in the 78th percentile. so as long as you dont go over 127 than your fine. if you have any concerns, check with your doctor. your doctor can speak with you alone without telling your parents if you need privacy.

120 lbs. for 5'4'' is not fat. For good daily excercise plans, check a library near you for teen (preteen) workouts. Most online ones are designed for older people.

no, you are not fat, in fact your weight is perfect for your height. Exercise anyway, it is good for your heart, and muscles, and it will make sure that your weight always matches your height.
