Will a revolution need to occur (again) so that we will have a government that is accountable to its people? "Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed"

Time to get rid of the losers!

Perhaps you'll recognize this:

Dear 'hadenough', How in the world do you read my question and added comments and decide that I'm pro amnesty. I'M FOR DEPORTATION and NOTHING SHORT OF THAT WILL SATISFY ME. Most feel at least halfheartedly the same way I do, but "our" government is not listening to us, hence I bring up our rights to set up new governance. I am in no way stating that I want to start a revolution. It was a comment similar to: What will it take for these guys to do their job and serve those of us who they are supposed to serve instead of everyone else?

I think the House read it, because they're taking the immigration issue directly to the voters...that'll get rid of the K-street power-mongers, if they do more of that...

I have read the Declaration of Independence and The U.S Constitution and notice very little between what I read and the government we have today. The only viable solution I can really see is one which a person cannot advocate...The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that advocating violent over trow of the government is not protected by the free speech clause of the first amendment.
But no where in the Constitution is the Supreme Court given the right of judicial review.
So just keep voting on one of the two political parties in our two party system and hope things will improve which of course they will never do.

I have read it recently, and it has even more of a stance toward freedom than our Constitution. And unfortunately our Constitution has become just a historical piece of paper to be viewed with sentimental nostalgia as opposed to anything to be considered by our leaders.

We are stuck with the losers though. As long as people vote for leaders who have great smiles and loving familes as opposed to people who actually want to reduce the power of the position they're running for we will always have these losers.

And revolution is no longer an option. It was tried in the late 1800s and it didn't work. And historians spun it to make it look like it was "all about slavery".

Yo! I recognize that piece of literature! It is part of the Constitution of the United States of America.
Years ago, I took an oath to defend America and the Constitution from ALL enemies foreign and domestic. I vowed to defend my nation and the American way of life to the death. Never have I taken that oath back.
"We the people" are going to do just that very thing in November at the ballot box.
"We the people" have already gotten the attention of most of the elected officials who depend upon taxpaying,American voters for their livelyhood.
Send your elected officials a copy of that old ragged piece of paper with ink on it and remind them that "We the people" will not tolerate a race of thieves amongst us for long. Our patience is wearing mighty thin. We demand that our borders be secure. For our "Safety and Happiness". Once we have secure borders, then we can address the countless criminal tresspassers amonst us, along with their supporters. After we have a "clean house" then we can invite polite guests in. If the elected government refuses to take heed of the will of the people, they do so at their own peril. America is the greatest country on earth !, We did not become great by being weak!

I agree with you....

The problem lies with the American government. Ask yourself this, say the government did shut down all the borders and deported all illegals. Do you realize what the cost of that would be? Who will pay for it.

Aliens provide cheap labor for goods and services? If you want to see real inflation, get rid of all the illegals. That will create a shortage of workers forcing wages to go up, due to loss of cheap labor. Everything will go up. YOUR taxes, most goods and services? Are you willing to pay much more money to live in this country?

That's why the government does nothing. You have to look at the real picture, the whole picture.....GET THE PICTURE?

That Declaration is for the citizens here.
And all polls (from all stations and all papers-I believe the figures are always in the 90%) show most American citizens don't want Amnesty and Do want border control.

So you lose.

Fact is this country and its people are victims of a covert alien occupation. Unfortunately many are willing participants that appear as people but are not, they are officers and persons assisting in the deceptions and exploitations of "we the people".

Truely these things(officers/persons) are monsters of a mutant form, born as people they become perverted and unwholesome by means of a wicked oath or allegance to their alien overlords. they have sold us out for their "believed" benefit(jokes on them) to this alien occupation.

Many have tried to do as you have suggested however the so-called "good guys" murder them and cover it up as though they "protected" us.
