The answer is NO. God created you to be attracted to things you find sexual. Back in the day of the bible, TV was not around. The point is, if you do anything in excess for the purpose of selfish pleasure, then it is a essentially a sin against yourself and by extension God.
In order for you to reach your full potential and in essence be more God like, your actions and thoughts are to be more selfless, loving, caring and giving.
Looking at bootie is ok, as God made you to be sexual despite some Christian's viewpoints. This aversion to things sexual is more from the Victorian era than from the bible. Just don't be selfish, or obsessed.

It's not in the Commandments .... or then again, maybe it is, if the woman who you're "checking out" is married.
Besides, Jesus said that we commit adultery in our hearts whenever we even look at someone in a lustful way.
It's normal to find members of the opposite sex attractive, of course, but we have to keep it in check.

Having sex out of wedlock is a sin.
Doing anything in excess is sinful.
A lot of things are sinful and that just happens to one of them.

yes and it says so in the ten commandments. Exodus 20:17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox or ***, nor anything else that belongs to him.
Your Neighbor is anyone you see. Like your kinfolk or your buddies or the guy down the street.
Ergo...his daughters and his sons, his car and his home.
Covet means desire. Desire is not wrong,It becomes a negative when it becomes immoral or breaks the law.

regardless if you are Catholic, and go to confession, it is still a sin. What people are saying about going to confession that you will be forgiven, that is true. But those people that do sinand ask God outright, they are as well as forgiven. Of course, a priest is a minister, and if non-catholics go to their ministers and talk to him/her of what he/she did, wouldn't the minister pray for you as well???? Alot of Catholics nowadays don't even go to confession!
As for me, it always helps to talk to a priest and have him pray for me as well, I still don't feel like i have been forgiven enough after just talking to God myself, I always like to have at least another person praying for me and not judging me on what i have done, priest or protestant minister

just do what you want. it doesn't matter if it's a sin or not. You're catholic therefore you just go to confession and are forgiven. ( a convenient loophole in your religion)

Yeah. I'd go confess and try not to do it anymore. It's addictive and destructive to relationships.
