I think if more believers were more bold and didn't hide their faith, you would see that many people have accepted Jesus Christ and God. The people who don't believe want intellectual, visual or scientific proof of God. Even when you give them that, they choose to reject him because they are stiffnecked (stubborn) and hard hearted according to scripture. Don't worry honey: it could be in 5 minutes or 5 millennium, but His WORD is true: one day every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is LORD. Until then, lets just hope that people start cracking open the best selling book of all time: The Holy Bible and get to know God and the truth. Peace. (no judgement)

People will reject everything! Someone will go against the grain, pull out a few partial facts, run with it, and then all the sudden the world is full of athiests and junk. I have come to learn the Jesus Christ is the man, and there is nothing I can do to prove Him because He proves Himself! And He does a much bette job at it than I do. So just keep giving your testimony, and believing!

We are living in the last days as Matt.10:34-38[even family hate those who love God, Christ and the bible as a love letter from them]; 2 Tim.3:1-7[This is the attitude of the people in the last days, they have no respect for themselves or any one, but they love self enough to indulge in all that makes people unbecoming to people];
Matt.34:3,7,14,15,22,36-38[Rev.12:7-12; Rom.16:20]; The last days mean Satan has a short time to the second coming of Christ and he has beeb cast out of heaven to make room for those Jesus went to prepare a place for, so it is woe to the world.

This is not an easy question to answer. The majority of people are natural, they go by sight, smell, touching etc. However God requires that we don't pay much attention to our natural senses when it comes to him. When we come to God we come to him not in natural way as we do with our friends and families, he requires that we come to him in truth and in spirit - for he is spirit and require such to seek him.
Our natural abilities or senses, no matter how good they can be - they cannot get God's attention nor can they please him. What we want is always against what God commands, and what he command is always not in our reach to perform.
There is nothing that can be made to reconcile the world to God on the terms of the world. It's on God's terms and on his alone. God does not say let's make a deal, he says this is the deal. That'sit!!!

With all due respect to a previous answerer. Christianity is NOT the most popular religion in the world. The Muslim religion has more followers. I do not believe in either Jesus or God. Not one person has been able to prove to me that either exist.

Because they have been in the darkness so long that they dont want the light.....ppl are prideful and dont want to turn their life over to Jesus Christ....so the reason why so many are against Jesus Christ and God is because they dont want to know the truth.....there scared and hurt and so.....its sad.....but i dont understand this.....okay......With Christians....our God doesnt tell us to kill for Him......but on the other hand muslums are told to kill ppl from their god......if christians are to love one another, then why should they be put down so much? Why are muslims acceptable and we are not?

By numbers...Christianity comes 3rd of the big 3. So the definition of God by this particular groups of people is not the most prominent by all. Get used to the idea you are just not number 1...or 2.

One reason is because Jesus said himself that He did not come to bring peace but a sword. He is a polarizing figure. It is rare to find people who don't care about Jesus. Either people hate him or love him. He is devisive if that is a word.

I read in the Gospels that Jesus forgave the men who nailed him to the cross.
He even promised, “This day you shall be with me in paradise,” to a thief crucified next to him--a thief who addressed Jesus simply as a “man” rather than as “the son of God.”
Yet, today, this same Jesus cannot forgive my kindly old aunt and allow her to dwell in paradise, simply because her “beliefs” do not match Reverend So-and-So’s?
