Will those who bash ALL Mexicans please stop doing this?

It's no secret that I am anti illegal immigration. I still hold to this belief.

I am getting a bit p*ssed off at individuals in this forum who bash all Mexicans.

Everyday, I deal with the military and, in case you do not know, Mexicans and Blacks make up a huge part of our military. They are going to Iraq risking their lives which needs to be acknowledged.

Please stop bashing all Mexicans and focus on the problems that illegal immigration of ALL races are causing. Thank you.

I totally agree with you. Although I am very much against amnesty for any illegal. Mexican or other. I know many Mexicans who feel the same way. People are just ignorant and fear what they don't know. And some people think it makes them feel superior. Stupid aren't they? Don't let them get to you. That's what they want.

Well, sorry, but Mexico's problem child #1 on illegal immigration.
A good chunk of Mexico needs to move home, and sooner rather than later. Since you bring it up, how will mexicans in our military benefit the United States? What happens when Mexico starts really pushing for 'reconquista' or whatever, where will that leave them? I wonder, I wonder...further, any phrase that starts 'all mexicans' is flawed. You need to go find a map, or something.
There's 2 countries, Mexico, which lies to the south, and The United States Of America, which lies to the north. The people in the south, screwed out of a decent life by their own government(partly on purpose, social programs and infrastructure cost MONEY, mucho dinero, compadre) are fleeing to the United States in DROVES, something like 1,000 a day come across the US/Mexico border, moving north, on a one-way trip. I think the military should BE at the border, preventing that. Mexico as a country needs to mend its' ways and stop being a net burden on the United States. If that means quadrupling the size of the Border Patrol, and putting an Air Force jet down the borderline 1000ft off the deck once an hour to reinforce the point, so be it.
Another point about that whole 'mexicans in the military' thing, really now, and so then they're going to go get other jobs in our government when they get out, and that's a good thing?
I say 'figure out which country you're from, because the border's going to close', that's my nickel's worth. Mexico needs to solve their own problems, instead of trying to engineer their way permanently into the United States...good riddance, there...

You're anti-illegal immigration? Great. I have nothing against Mexican people. I have the lineage in my family and they are generally some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. I don't know where you live, but I've lived in the Southwest for decades and within the last 20 years, this issue has gotten so out of hand that in frustration, people are lashing out at anyone with brown skin.

The fact that a majority of illegals feel no need to assimilate, learn the language or for that matter, follow our laws contributes to the problem. Then you have leaders like Antonio Villaraigosa and fools like Marcos Aguilar of Academia Semillas del Pueblo who clearly side with illegals and call US citizens the "illegals"

As far as the military, yes, there are many black and hispanics soliders many of which I have commanded in my 15 years of service. But in reality, Blacks make up about 20% of men in the military and Hispanics are about 10%, while Whites are 64%.

The FACT is of the percentage of illegal immigrants from Mexico range from 39% to 54%, of all illegal immigration and over 90% of illegal immigrants apprehended are Mexican! ONE RACE!

If you want to stop the bashing, get Fox and his cronies to do something to stem the tide, otherwise Mexico's largest export will continue to be PEOPLE....

I agree with you... Mexicans are not the only illegal immigrants here in America in the first place....

And let me just say this... all of you who are against all of this immigration bs... The majority of citizens wouldn't do half the things that illegals do to make living (which isn't even decent).... which would make your pampered life much harder.

And one more thing... a lot of you wouldn't even be here had your ancestors not came to this country a long time ago searching for a better life.... you would do the same for your family if put in the same situation.. yeah i dont agree with an illegal being handed a job before a citizen, or them living tax free and under the radar, but there has to be a point when everyone realizes that its gonna happen and the only thing you can do is work with it instead of against it!

I commend you!! I'm glad to see there is still good, honest Non hypocritical Americans still left in this country... Americans are being DUPED once again into to believing a bunch lies about Mexicans, the amount of Misinformation is overwhelming.

Mexicans are a great asset to our economy and our way of life, Truth be told the failed policies of our government has destroyed our economy not the Mexicans. That's why we make nothing anymore; it’s all made in India and China with slave workers.

Failed immigration policies and programs so ridicules that it even questions your choice for a mate...Like they have that right!

People are easy to fool and easy to incite into HATE and racism, a problem destroying our country as the worried politicians try to protect the strangle hold they have on our government. For 15 yrs

Can you imagine what would happened if we declared Amnesty? 12 million new DEMOCRATS would evolve , returning the balance of power to the Democrat party ,leaving the Republicans unshielded from prosecution and giving the democrats the power to investigate and inedited ? Allot of rich guys going to jail.
I can see why they are concerned and need to divide the country with hate and controversy.
Consider this ok?
Our failed immigration programs and hurdles is WHY we have Illegal’s to begin with!! If we do Amnesty there All 100% LEGAL Tax Payers Just like us!! Bang instant Revenue! Also at 3,000 dollars each? BANG Billions in MORE revenue ! Do the math 12 million times 3,000.00 Big bucks and there would be ZERO Illegal’s . Next rebuild the Immigration Program into something that makes since and there would be NO MORE Illegal’s Period.

The biggest illegal immigration problem in the US is from Mexico. I don't bash all Mexicans. Only the ones that come here illegally and take jobs, welfare, and everything else the bleeding heart liberals will give away for free and then not charge a cent of tax for anything. In the meanwhile people born here or coming into the country legally have to pay for all of that through thier honost lives, jobs and taxes. If people can not see the difference between a welcome guest and a burdonsome freeloader than we are in big trouble. If you are here ilegally then get legal or get out.

I agree. What I also hate hearing is people that say "we are not racist, we just hate illegals" and then they go on to say something about Mexicans. If you are going to be against illegal immigrants, then be against all of them! Not just the Mexican ones. While I disagree with you on the immigration issue, I agree that people must not pick out Mexicans, there are many from many countries.

I totally agree. I have a lot of mexican friends and they are great people. I am NOT a liberal, I am a conservative and I see these people really working hard and trying to better themselves.

Unfortunately, I see a lot of hate coming from some conservatives. If you want to be taken seriously, stop bashing a group people, you look racist and thats what people say about conservatives, were all racists.

Stop living up to that image.

Everyone here who constantly bashes descent people who yes are breaking the law but are also giving their lives in Iraq are ignorant and full of it.

I am proud of my Mexican heritage and I would not change it for the world. I also pay taxes, follow the law, vote, so I think I deserve some respect from all of these individuals.
