Regular soda actually is better for you.

Diet soda uses 'aspatame', which is a sugar supplement.The after effects of aspateme is craving more sugar, so you drink more of the diet.

It doesn not really matter on which soda anyone consumes. Dite and Regular soda both contain almost the same amount of sugar in them. In our chemistry class we had done a small experiment on orange jucies, diet sprite, 7up, coke, etc. And also tested the Regular soda. They both had the same amount of sugar in them. Eventhough it seems that the soda Can tells you something else. The least amount of sugar was found in clear soda's such as sierra mist or 7up. NOw they have better soda regeneration from the older carbon formulas. But Soda is not good for your bones and digestive system if you drink it in excessive amounts. Moderation seems to wrk try that sometime.

Now there is a huge difference between cola and non cola products. Cola Syrup is highly acidic. When cola syrup is transported to the botteling plants it arrives in plastic drums that are labeled with a Department of Transportation( DOT ) ACID Burn Warning Icon label and the warning "MAY CAUSE ACID BURNS". The sugar used in non diet pop is a corn fructose that is high in sugars. So I would have to say diet non cola drinks are better for your health. Flavored water with a splenda sweetner is better. Water is the Best

Regular soda. Diet soda tastes pretty bad. And if you are looking for a healthy alternative, you can do better than Diet pop. Either lose pop altogether or stick with regular.

Regular the diet doesn't taste good. Try drinking a glass of water with a regular soda.

I think that diet soda and regular soda confuse consumers into drinking them and thinking that they are actually good for you, soda is not a good replacement for H2O, but if I were to answer your question it would be Gatorade is better....

Regular soda, because it is tasty.
Diet Soda does not have flavour and your weight will remain soooo the same.

I heard that Diet Soda has a higher level of addiction because it has more caffeine. Personally, I'm a skinny guy so I don't need DIET anything! LOL
