Bury her under a tree in your back yard. Plant some flowers over her grave and they will florish. When the flowers bloom each year (make sure they're annuals), you will be reminded of Lizzie. Do it, man.

I'm very sorry, I know how pets can be family members, my dog just got really sick and I had the worst 2 weeks from hell, she is getting better now, but I am thankful for everyday that she is here.

Dogs are like angels, they come into your life as a loving spirit, to bring you love and to teach you how to love.

I agree with the person who said plant the annuals, then every year you can be reminded of your pet. This way, every year you will get a present back. Cherish your memories and the gift of love.

I'm so sorry

My dog just died. She was old though, eleven. We cremated her, and made a memorial with her ashes. She has a certificate and all. Pets are family members. She was loyal and faithful to you for four years, she deserves the best.

Awww....I'm so sorry! I had a dog too and he was having kidney failure, so we had to put him to sleep (he was 13 1/2 years old)! Get the vet to give you her ashes (cremate). Just remember that she's in doggie heaven right now!

Bury her. I know it's hard but there aren't a whole lot of options. Try making it something special and not so sad, you'll feel better about it.

Toss her in the trash can, buy a new one. Sorry but you have to move on sooner or later. Besides, what kind of response did you expect?

You'll have to grieve the loss just as you would a person because she was a member of your family. My condolences.
