It is impossible nearly not to sleep at all for that long without taking stimulants. You are probably sleeping without knowing it. However it is very bad for you and you should see your Dr and get referred to a sleep clinic. Herbal remedies/ sleeping tablets can get you back on track in the short term but you probably need to address watever is keeping you awake.
