The local clerk of the court should maintain marriage records. If you can give them names and approximate dates, they should be able to find out (possibly a fee involved).

If they married on the American side, do you know where they got the license? If they got the license in Erie County (Buffalo), or Niagra County (Niagra Falls), then check with the County clerks office in each county. If they got the license some where else and travelled to Niagra Falls to marry, you need to check elsewhere. Perhaps where they lived.

Any LEGAL marrige requires a LICENCE. Check with the office of the JUSTICE of THE PEACE.
