Break out your grill pan! (Or go outside if it's warm enough where you are.) Grill (or broil, if you must) steaks marinated in italian dressing. One large steak would probably be enough for two. Once the steak is cooked, slice it across the grain at an angle. Slice two large avacados, drizzle with olive oil, grill on both sides til slightly brown. Do the same with thick slices of red onion and either hothouse or beefsteak tomatoes. (it's like guacamole, but grilled instead of blended together) Place on top of steak slices. You can serve with baked potatoes, or you could slice potatoes, toss in olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic (or garlic powder if you don't have garlic) and roast at 400 10 minutes, toss/flip, then another 10 minutes. Should be about 15-17 bucks, depending on the steak you choose.

Thaw them in the refrigerator. Marinate them in this mixture about two hours.

2Tblsp. Soy sauce
2 Tblsp. Sherry
2 Tblsp. sugar
1 tsp. powdered ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste

Pan grill as you would a good beef steak. Serve medium rare.
Saute mushrooms to accompany the steak.
Serve with a green sald and baked potato.

I would defrost the tuna, then lightly pan fry it in olive oil and serve it with chips (make your own if you don't have any) and also with a salad. Serve some mayonaise with the chips as well.

I'll second scrappykins. Sounds delicious! I'll try that one myself! And since the tuna has been frozen; the meat can be pretty raw inside ... mmm goodie
