Interestingly, such "hatred" should be expected by true Christians in this time of the end, and it actually helps identify Jehovah's Witnesses as Christ's true disciples:

(John 15:19) If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, on this account the world hates you.

(Luke 6:22) “Happy are you whenever men hate you, and whenever they exclude you and reproach you and cast out your name as wicked for the sake of the Son of man.

(1 Peter 4:4) Because you do not continue running with them in this course to the same low sink of debauchery, they are puzzled and go on speaking abusively of you.

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

It seems signficant that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones best known for their worldwide preaching work. Yet Jesus commanded that ALL who would call themselves "Christian" perform this public work:

(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you. And, look! I am with you all the days until the conclusion of the system of things.”

Why should people hate Catholic priests?

We don't hate ALL black people because of the bad actions of a few.

We don't hate ALL gay people because some of them have spread AIDS around.

Likewise, we shouldn't hate ALL 42,000 of America's Catholic priests just because 21 of them were accused of sexual misconduct with minors in the year 2005.

Yes, that's right -- only 21 accusations (only 9 credible) were made against Catholic priests last year with regard to sexual misconduct with minors, according to reports. .

The great majority of molestation cases you read about happened many, many years ago. The priests responsible for all that are (for the most part) now defrocked, in prison, or dead.

first off they are not more hated. and catholic order created to get you not to honour your Father if F is picto of cat and h is picto of male genitals. they really chase after little boys to get their allegiance so that later in life they can make you feel guilty. and let their deities die old and full of lung problems and cancerous as what they deserve for the lifetime of abuses they committed.

drive them into the sea is what the native should do every time just like in the battle of britian.

and remember the roman catholics were partners with the nazi regime as little as 60 years ago.

remember hitler probably had a god father and maybe even a don.

where were the dons during the holocaust? at home with their slaves probably.

put your hate where it belongs, the germans may have been powerless against the dons or Made of europe and had to like pauly in the movie gooodfelllas put the head into the ovens.

enable me best you about the Jehovah's Witnesses, we've self belief that definite Jesus lived as a guy in the global yet he's the Messiah and turned right into a spirit being in heaven before he got here to Earth as a guy. we do not belive that The Archangel MIcheal(Jesus) became an "more advantageous God" he's refered to as "a God" yet no longer the God and Jehovah is the ony real God, that area you purchased excellent, Jehovah and Jesus aren't any further equivalent. Jesus became crucified on stake(no longer a flow) and became no longer re-created on the third day yet became ressurected to go back to his spirit life in Heaven.

I do not hate any Jehovah's Witness, but I can tell you from my own personal experience talking to a group of them that they generally have one sided conversations with the people they try to convert. Maybe this angers people to the point where hatred ensues.

In the USA, probably not, but in Europe, the Muslims are the most hated, and then Jehovah, and then Mormon and catholics (these two are not agressive)

I agree -- they're pests. I don't hate them, I just dislike them for thinking that they can change the world by handing out their booklets and not taking NO for an answer.

Sorry, but I'm Catholic. Not practicing, but I'm not going to stop my life to think that the only way I'll get into heaven is by reading their literature. I have my own religious beliefs, and I'm not gonna let someone push my buttons about it.

Because they think they are hated when infact they are often wrong, very bitter towards other religions, and are highly critical and insulting to a wide range of religious groups and this invites criticism which they interpret as hatred. But those of us who are true Christians can pray for them that they see the light and truly become more like God.

As has been already said it is because they make themselves pests

they take it upon themselves to go and 'convert' people by knocking on their door and telling them 'the end of the world is nigh (or summat similar) convert while you still can' it puts people off, if they wanted to convert they would you don't need to tell them to!

and why should Muslims be hated?

Most people think that any and every religion is valid, maintaining a false belief that it does not matter how we serve God, just as long as they believe in " something ". This is the reason why the world is filled with so many different religions such as Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc., as well as Christianity and even atheism ( who are a following of people who deny any supreme being or creator). Although Christianity is often referred to as a religion, it is more appropriately described as " followers of Jesus Christ" who consider the Bible as the Sacred Word of God. And, Christianity itself is broken down into many subgroups; some following the Bible closely while others mingle mankind's philosophy and human reasoning with scripture.
Mormonism, Scientology and Jehovah's Witnesses are often referred to as cults, because they do not follow the Bible in truth. They apply their own logic over the purity word of God. A lot of people follow such false teachings and doctrines because, " it sounds good", " it sounds holy" and because it does not make its followers accountable for sin in their life.
The Jehovah's Witnesses claim that they use the Bible to establish their beliefs, yet much of their doctrine is far from the truth that we find in God's word.
The Catholic Church holds certain beliefs are strictly church doctrine, not something that can be upheld in God's word. They associate Mary, the mother of Jesus as " Mary the mother of God". They also teach that prayer can be made through certain church qualified saints as well as through the Blessed Mother, ( referring to Mary, the mother of Jesus). Reguarding Saints, all believers in the New Testament are called saints ( Acts 26:10 ; Romans 1:7 . 1 Corinthians 1:2 , Revelations 13:7 & 19:8). This term is used for anyone who accepts Jesus Christ into their heart and confess their sins through Him, they become a " saint" unto God. Becoming a saint has nothing to do with man determining criteria or guidelines for such a title. It is determined by God and given to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Those who profess that Christianity and Islam are compatible have no knowledge of the contents of the qur'an. Our Bible teaches " love" while the Qur'an teaches " hate" ( terrorist attacks on 9-11-01). The Qur'an states that those who believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God are to be damned. The Qur'an teaches Muslims to kill their enemies as well as as all unbelievers. They believe that when they die, they go to Paradise where there is free wine and women for all ( I pity the women who go there).
About 600 years following the birth of Christ, a man named Mohammad developed special " visions", claiming they came from Allah, the Muslim god. Prior to this, Allah had been worshipped as a pagan moon god. Muhammad had 16 to 18 wives, including two sex slaves, one wife was 8-9 years old. He also at one point began to worship the three daughters of Allah which has been referred to as the Saatanic Verses ( because Mohammad claimed that Satan tricked him into this false worship). His followers persuaded him to stop this worship.
The Quran denies that mankind is automatically born with a sin nature due to the fall of Adam and Eve. They claim Adam and Eve repented, therefore we have no need of a Savior to enter Heaven, they only need to ensure that their good deeds outweigh their bad. The Quran completely contradicts the Bible, but Muslims say the Quran is a continuation of sacred scripture.
It is far from me as to why the Jehovah's Witnesses are more hated than Islam's or Catholic's, or Mormon's, they are equally all of the same nature.

I don't think they are hated, just misunderstood. As a member of one of the groups mentioned, I can tell you that anything that is outside of most peoples "boxes" is wrong to them. Some people just won't take the time to learn about other peoples religion to know what it is about. I don't know that much about JW's, but I know that they are devote in their relationship with God and they live by what they preach. That is what we all should be doing, reguardless of our religion.
