Can implies ability. You are already a fantastic person. God made you and he does not make junk. Jesus died to save everyone, no exceptions. And his love and mercy is all powerful. As for religion, what really matters is how we treat one another. So today when you are with or see anyone, be sure to smile and treat the person nicer than they might treat you.

Well...you are already halfway there by wanting to become a good person. There are a few things I can think of that will help you:
1. Avoid temptation. If you need to, cut yourself off from something that causes you to sin.
2. Don't let the little things get you down. As somebody mentioned earlier, everything depends on your attitude. The sun will always be up in the sky, even if clouds are covering it.
3. Love God. Love People. I learned this at church camp, and it has really helped me become a better person.

I am not a particularly religious person, but I believe that if you treat others as you would wish to be treated you are well on your way to being a good person. One of the phrases a doctor learns is "do no harm". I think this could do a world of good in general.

You talk to God and pray to Him and ask Him to make you a good person. And you have to be sincere in it. Trust that He will answer you, and always believe in Him, that He will never let you down, cause He won't. Ask Him what it is that your supposed to be doing, what He wants you to do. He always answers our prayers. Pray in the name of His son Jesus.

Who is a good person? Possibly a friendly person. Watch your mind. Eliminate hostile thoughts. You must believe that it is possible

try not to harm anybody
try always to avoid contridictrey argument on relegion.
i klnow its not easy but try to give respect to all.

When you pray and read the bible, and get to know God and Jesus on a personal level, it just comes naturally.
No one can do it alone.
