Kissing shouldn't be a problem. Partial dentures are very retentive, but for added piece of mind you can always use a tasteless fixative too. Dentures are very hard to detect when kissing someone, especially if made from a chrome base.

if it makes you feel any better, my mother has the same and her boyfriend has no idea. She's had them for about 6 years now.
