Yes it usually does. It also depends on your nationality and whether you are prone to course hair. I'm Irish/English and my hair is very thick and dark.

Try using hair remover. It actually kills hair folicles overtime.

it does not grow longer but it does grow darker, and the hairy area becomes bigger coz when you shave you also shave a little delicate hairs you have and these would grow darker.
wax and brownsilkapil are better but there is one bad thing about them, sometimes the hair grows under the skin. so you have to scratch your skin to have the hair out and be able to wax it or shave it or whatever.

the best way is treated sugar, nothing is as good...

That's a myth. It may seem coarser because shaving causes a blunt end to the hair.

no that is a myth. it will not grow back any differently than it was before you shaved it.

No it is not true. I have shaven both areas and it is not thicker or darker.
