Drive 12 minutes to my girlfriend's house
make love to her for about 30 minutes,
take the sandwich she made for me and drive back to work 12 more minutes and eat it on the way back.
6 minutes extra for traffic, weather and clothing conditions. you know how it is.

Eat, natter with the girls in the office, check e mails and fish crumbs of bread from my sandwich out of the keys on my keyboard.
I have a resolution to get half an hour's walk in though....
