I'm not going to remedy the problem. Sorry!

If this is directed at Yahoo, you should probably return to your e-mail area and use 'contact us' to contact them.

You need to ask your question in detail.
We can't help you without knowing which kind of problem you are facing...
If you are having some problem in loading yahoo mail then there are chances that you might have switched to yahoo mail beta and due to your browser incompability.
So if that is the case you need to upgrade your browser.
and if you are feeling that somebody is keeping eye on your mail or something like then you better change your password.
Good Luck

how can you tell if you have switched to yahoo mail beta? I am older and computers are new to me. I can not send an e-mail but can receive them. My daughter (who also uses yahoo as the e-mail addy) is having the same problem.
