EIther absent-mindedly running a finger through her hair, or else holding something, i.e. a pencil, in her mouth.

The way the talk can be a turn on, specially when they talk real gently under there breath. Giving a simple smile can make sparks fly. How they dress can be another turn on. My personal favorite when she is sweating all over her body.
