it's just that when I dream all night long I am so tired in the morning and it's harder for me to wake up...I feel like my mind has been up working all night...now that I think about it, this does not happen when I have sex...hmmm...does that have something to do with it?

Dream sleep is not deep rejuvenating sleep. Delta sleep is the deepest level of sleep and is only attainable when all voluntary muscles are motionless and totally relaxed, not in a state of tension. If you toss and turn in your sleep, you are not sleeping. After sex, there is a chemical release from hormones which relax those muscles.

We only dream in levels 1 and 2 I thought... in sleep level 3 or 4 we are passed out cold...and are not able to reach REM sleep levels which are 1 and 2.. if I'm correct that is, also... perhaps after some hot sex your brain releases enough endorphins that you reach deeper levels of sleep like 3 and 4 like I was saying earlier. So either have satisfying sex everynight before sleep or purchase some kinda sleeping pill that will take you to the deep side of sleeping. Get the pills at any pharmacy near you, and get the sex... well wherever. Later!

dreams are totally natural and necessary...trying to stop them will probably only create another problem that you have to dream about...enjoy your dreams..they can be really damn fun. and i saw that someone said that you only dream in "1 and 2" and no "3 and 4" i don't exactly know what that person is trying to say but you dream during REM (rapid eye movement) which occurs after you have been asleep for about 3 hours. you go through about 2 and a half cycles each night.

YES! You are stressed, and your brain is not relaxing with the rest of your body. You ae mentally fatigued. You have to do some detox before you go to bed. Sex seems to work, if you don't have a steady source, try masturbating. Also, exercise and not putting off dealing with things! You need to resolve your days issues, or they will play out in your head over and over again.

Why would you not want to dream? I mean, yes, dreams can be frightening and stressful but they can also be cool and sexy.
As far as no having them... I don't think that's scientifically possible.
I have heard old wive's tales that nicotine and sharp cheeses can both cause vivid, memorable dreams. So don't eat alot of cheese before bed. Also, don't smoke.
I've also heard that white noise helps you sleep more soundly. So turn on your air conditioner before bed.

If you don't dream, chances are you're dead!!!!
We don't always remember our dreams but we always dream.
Nothing you can do about it.
Just embrace it, try to remember your dreams and make the best of them.
