Chicken, but to make it really good add an egg and some chicken or tuna to it. Also make sure you add the pack of seasoning after you drain the water or whatever you do to it after it cooks. I find it better if you have just a little water in it like 1/3 of a cup

Picante beef, drain the water, add the spice, crack an egg in it and stir in some butter. The heat from the noodles cooks the egg.
