If you don't care if he gets in trouble, you could report it to your school counselor. Chances are, they'll report it to the authorities, if they feel it's a real issue.

That's very sad and inappropriate - I would recommend keeping a journal and making sure you sleep with your door locked. You can get a cheap lock and install it yourself. The journal is good to help you remember all the times he does something so if something does happen you can recall every incident. Remember no matter what that you need to let a teacher or someone else know besides your mother for credibility. And to report anything to the police that you feel is a violation to your person

call children services... they may remove you from his home if your mom decides to side with him... but you don't deserve to be molested and fondled every time you come home. I would give you the link but each state's is different. Tell a teacher, tell your principal, tell a doctor, tell an adult that will get you help.. all of the people I have mentioned are responsible by law to report that. Its disgusting and its not your fault.

is only going to get worst. You need to tell someone other then your mom. Go to your grandparents, uncle or aunt. He should not have his hands on you at all. If your other family members don't help you go to the police. Don't take it lightly i was abused when i was 11 by one of my family members and that's something that's hard to get over. You don't need to go Thur this get help from someone.
I hate that mothers are so blind and want to keep the guy above their own children.
Don't let it happen to you.

I've been in that situation before so I know what you are going through. Since your mom isn't handling the situation appropiately how about telling your dad or some other family member, someone at your school or any adult that you can confide in.

Go to another adult you trust.
DO NOT BACK DOWN TO PRESSURE FROM YOUR MOM OR STEP-DAD.
He, NOR Anyone Else, has the right to lay hands on you without your permission. ESPECIALLY Sexually or any other way that makes you feel uncomfortable.
Also you might want to go to the police, school official or teacher, Pasteur, anyone adult that you trust.
YOU AND ONLY YOU HAVE DOMAIN OVER YOUR BODY NO MATTER WHAT ANY ONE ELSE SAYS OR EXCUSES THEY GIVE.

If you've told your mom and she either makes excuses for what he does or doesn't believe you, tell someone else. It sounds like you need some help and if you can't count on your mother for help, tell your teacher, a friend, the police, social services or even tell someone at your church, if you go to church. Please tell someone soon before it maybe gets worse.. Good Luck!!!

School nurses, counselors and even teachers are trained in what to do when a student comes forward with this...they will know the authorities that need to be contacted as well as how to deal with your mother.

Tell another adult outside of your immediate family ie an aunt, grandmother, teacher, guidance counselor etc. You did the right thing by telling your mother, who should be to first person to make you feel protected and safe.

If you have a counselor at school, tell them. If you are out for summer vacation, make a police report. Your step father needs to be locked up.
