On a weekend morning: slowly fried bacon, softly scrambled eggs, flapjacks (slightly sweetened with sugar), and don't forget the pan fried potatoes cooked with garlic salt and chopped onions.

But on a weekday there is never enough time! So a bowl of cereal , and a glass of orange juice or a glass of milk with carnation instant breakfast mix and a banana.

An English muffin split in half with nutella spread on both slices and a bottle of 100% fruit juice. It keeps me filled up until lunchtime!
