i cant see the bottom line on the computer screen. i try looking for the fainted blue line but its not there, i try turning off the computer and i put it back and it still there. all i keep seeing is my background wallpaper. i just need some help, please no funny answers! im serious! i also try pressing the button between Ctrl and Alt

Most likely is that you have the vertical height set to high on the monitor itself or the vertical position set too low. Either way there should be some sort of controls on the monitor to adjust this.

Another possibility is that you have moved the task bar from the bottom of the screen, but as you say you already pressed the windows key, that is not as likely.

What you are referring to is the Task Bar on the Desktop. It's sometimes hidden. To bring it back, simply move the pointer down there (bottom of the screen) until it turns into a double-arrow bar, hold down the left mouse button and move the pointer up to drag the Task Bar back where it was before.

Put the cursor at the bottom and drag it back up.
