Depends on who you are. For me, zero is enough. I'd say, as a general rule, as many as want, so long as you're able to support and properly raise them all.

I think that the number of children a family should have depends on their wants , capabilities and motherly instinct. In other words when you have your first child you will get an understanding of what it's like to be a mother , how well you can handle the pressure of being a mom and the patience level that you have with children. Therefore you will know weather or not you can handle more children and if you'd love to have more or not. I personally have "5" kids and if I could afford to raise another one, I'd love to have one more.
Good luck with your decision and may God Bless you and your Family however many you choose to have.

it depends on you and your mate. My boyfriend and I have discussed 2 if there is a girl and a boy and 3 if our first two are girls.
I've always been a fan of 2 children myself but most men want a little boy and may want to try to have a boy. I've seen families with 5 and 6 kids. I think 3 is enough... I've met some people who think none is enough.

I believe two is a perfect number, Keep your options open maybe three or four if you can afford these beautiful little ones. I Just think it is hard enough raising two with all the new issues that society is faced with everyday. God Bless. Children are always a blessing from GOD.

The TV show said that "Eight is Enough"....

Personally, there is no set answer for this question. The correct number of kids is the number that fits your llife plan and dreams. It is a very personal decision.
