recently i've been having major hair loss. i do tend to use quite an amount of conditioner so i'm slowing that down. could that be a possible reason why i tend to lose so much hair along with using my shampoo? shall i stick to smaller amounts now?

I had the same problem, and i actually thought the same thing, but my doctor said its food i eat and stuff. You are supposed to lose a certain amount of hair every day, but taking iron and calcium pills will strengthen your hair.

I have that problem in the winter and the summer. I thought somethin was wrong but it happens to everyone i know. I even tried eating different and vitamins, none of that worked. So I just accept it. My hair doesnt ever seem to be thinning with all the hair loss...hmm..

Don't think that conditioner is the problem. Depending on your age, sometimes this is normal. Make a doctor's appointment.

you need to dont put alot of conditioner and buy a product that does not have major hair loss and that untangle your hair.
