The person who writes a question you consider "stupid" doesn't necessarily know it's bothersome to other people and would probably not consider themselves an "idiot." What should YA! do? Have a section tited "Idiots who ask stupid questions"? Who would post there?
With that said, I do believe something should be done to separate the pre-teen/teen section.

Well, some are trying to be funny, some are genuinely stupid, and some are from kids that sound silly because you probably assume they're from adults, but they are genuinely in need of good advice- hopefully not just from "stupid" people- so I would not want to separate them.
