Jesus died 2000 years ago. Either one of two things happened.

1. Story as is in the Bible.

2. Someone took his body and hid it.

If possibility 2 is correct, is it possible that those looking for it didn't find it cause it was so well hidden?

And for someone to ask me to bring you his bones, how would I even if I dug up every dead body and dated it to 29CE would know which one is Jesus.

Let's see here...2006 minus 29...1977. No. I'm being too picky. In the biblical account, Jesus arose from the dead and was taken bodily into heaven. If his body had been left on earth, you could be certain to find in somewhere in Vatican City. They have everything else there. If you'd like to expand your thinking, do a google search for Jesus Christ Kashmir. There is a tomb in Kashmir, India that is said to be the final resting place of the man who is now known as Jesus, but who can say what is really true? Most "experts" agree that along with such mythical places as Babylon and the Tower of Babel- the Garden of Eden was in what is now Iraq or possibly in what is now the northern tip of the Persian Gulf because sea levels have risen in the centuries between then and now. Don't make the mistake of thinking that there are only two possible answers to your Jesus question or that one answer excludes the other. Maybe Jesus' ascension to heaven was a spiritual event, but his body remained on the earth. Both stories could have an essence of truth. Or neither. History is tricky that way.

The question is humorous at best. Jesus died true, but rose from the dead which was witnessed by hundreds of people. WMD were in Iraq, but most likely were either dismantled or buied never to be found.

Christians believe that Jesus ascended into heaven 40 days after his resurrection. Thus there are no bones to find.

Whether WMD will be found in Iraq remains to be seen. Suffice it to say there were enough evidence and reasons to invade Iraq when we did.

Maybe you will eventually agree.

Jesus rose from the dead, walked on this Earth, and ascended into Heaven 40 days later.

Number One would be correct. I t says in the Bible that Jesus' bones were not broken. Jesus rose on the third day!!

You've got a better chance of finding his bones than finding WMD in Iraq.

every truth has left it's physical mark on the earth. 2000 years later no proof found. so who keeps us debating? and for what purpose. So there you go, a third possibility.

Sin separated us from God - so no person went into heaven formerly Jesus ws resurrected. The righteous ineffective (people who enjoyed God) have been saved in a sort of purgatory (the better chambers of hell) till the main suitable consequence. Then....................Jesus and all of them entered heaven. Sin have been defeated...............Jesus preached salvation in the process the Jews - yet his followers have now been informed to tell each and every person.

Maybe that is really what the DaVinci code is really all about. They are hiding the bones of Jesus.

If you found his bones, no one would believe you! they would want proof that those were his bones and not some tourist who drank the water in Mexico
